About Kat Mitchell

For many years Kat was a leader in the tech industry coaching and leading multinational teams on large software projects, then in 2019, she left corporate to take care of family and help them on their healing path after major health challenges. Her journey as a family caregiver plus her love for the many coaching tools she has certified in to continue her healing journey has led her on a path serving women leaders and family caregivers on their path of self-discovery, getting to the root of their life challenges and helping them understand themselves at a deeper level. So many of her clients lack self-trust, an understanding of their personal values, self-awareness and have lost sight of their dreams. As a result, they are burning themselves out. So often we try so hard to push through our challenges not knowing which way to turn. Kat helps you discover that path forward by shining a light on the darkness tucked within.

Kat is an internationally accredited coach and mindfulness teacher. She holds certifications as a Life & Leadership Coach, Neuroscience studies and Meditation teachings, NLP Practitioner, Root Cause Coach, and Quantum Release Practitioner. And, she is also a Reiki practitioner and Hypnotherapist.
